TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement on company bike leasing for the eligible employees as well as officials of the Schweinfurt district, the Tourism Special Purpose Association Schweinfurt 360°, and the Special Purpose Association Music School Schweinfurt. The service includes in particular the provision of lease-eligible bicycles within the meaning of § 63a StVZO including any lease-eligible accessories, the handling of individual leasing contracts, a digital portal solution as well as insurance, maintenance, inspection, mobility, incident, service, billing, return and disposal services. The framework agreement has a duration of four years; the individual leasing contracts each run for 36 months.
