The subject of this lot is the supply of Elbkinder facilities with conventionally produced meat and meat products for the daily catering of children as well as for processing in the production kitchens. The range includes in particular: Fresh meat (e.g. beef, pork, veal and poultry meat) Minced meat and meat preparations Sausage products and cold cuts Other meat and meat products in accordance with the list of requirements The products offered must comply with the applicable food law provisions as well as the relevant hygiene and labelling requirements. The contractor must ensure continuous compliance with the cold chain and reliable and on-time delivery to the facilities named in the tender documents. The delivery shall be made as required in accordance with the needs of the facilities. Details regarding the range, quantities and delivery conditions are set out in the list of requirements. The products must be suitable for use in group catering at day-care centres and must meet the required quality standards.
