TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is services and construction works consisting in the design (including ensuring related engineering activities) and the construction of a building—new construction of the Eye Treatment Centre in Dvůr Králové nad Labem, including related structures and facilities—by the Design & Build method, all in accordance with the standards of the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (“FIDIC”) Contractual Conditions for the Supply of Plant and for Building and Engineering Works Designed by the Contractor (“FIDIC YELLOW BOOK”). The subject matter of the contract also includes the provision of building energy management services for the first 3 years of operation of the Eye Treatment Centre. The contracting authority further requires the preparation of a building information model at all project stages, including the as-built execution.
