TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is services and construction works consisting in the preparation of design documentation (including ensuring related engineering activities) and the construction of a building—a new-build Eye Defects Treatment Facility in Dvůr Králové nad Labem, including related structures and facilities—using the Design & Build method, all in accordance with the standards of the Fédération Internationale des Ingénieurs-Conseils (“FIDIC”) Contractual Conditions for the Supply of Plant and for Building and Engineering Works Designed by the Contractor (“FIDIC YELLOW BOOK”). The subject of the contract also includes providing building energy management services for the first 3 years of operation of the Eye Defects Treatment Facility. The contracting authority further requires the preparation of an information model of the construction in all design stages, including the as-built execution.
