TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the continuous supply of medicinal products containing the active substance: - Pertuzumab 600MG and trastuzumab 600MG in an injection vial of 10ML size - Pertuzumab 1200MG and trastuzumab 600MG in an injection vial of 15ML size (hereinafter referred to as "medicinal products" or also "goods"). The specification of the required medicinal product is stated in the procurement documentation and in the price offer form, which is Annex No. 2 to this procurement documentation. Continuous supplies of medicinal products will be carried out on the basis of partial orders issued according to the contracting authority's current needs for a period of two years from the date of effectiveness of the Purchase Agreement.
