The City of Äänekoski requests your tender for LED advertising displays for two sports halls. The acquisitions also include the supplies required in the request for tender, installation of the equipment, control units, commissioning, and on-site guidance for use. An LED advertising display for the indoor wall is to be procured for the hall of the City of Äänekoski’s sports facility at Koulumäenkatu 2, 44100 Äänekoski. An LED advertising display for the edge of the pitch is to be procured for the City of Äänekoski’s Pankkari Arena at Vanha Vaasantie 462, 44100 Äänekoski. The contracting authority will take care of the required electrical cable wiring, electrical outlet boxes and data connections, as well as installation into the sports hall’s hanging point. The selection criterion for the supplier is the maximum points obtained from the lowest total price, as well as the quality points obtained from energy consumption. The supplier may present its own solution for protecting the display against impacts. The price for the protection solution is requested as an option.
