TENDER DESCRIPTION

Under a mixed purchase and sale, lump-sum, fixed-price contract for work, supply and installation of 2,105 units of LED technology road lighting equipment, as well as dismantling and removal of 2,051 units of existing road lighting equipment at locations specified in the Detailed Construction Plan documentation within the administrative territory of Budakeszi city. The successful Tenderer is obliged to carry out the installation of the LED lighting fixtures in accordance with what is set out in the construction plans that form part of the procurement documentation. In addition, the duties of the successful tenderer include preparing the as-built documentation, as well as waste management (removal and disposal of packaging materials, dismantled luminaire units). The Contracting Authority is not able to provide a staging area. The Contracting Authority has no claim to the luminaire units to be dismantled; the successful Tenderer must remove them, and must ensure waste management in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
