TENDER DESCRIPTION

Delivery and installation of 2,105 LED technology road lighting fixtures under a mixed sales and lump sum enterprise contract, as well as dismantling and removal of 2,051 existing road lighting fixtures within the administrative area of the city of Budakeszi at locations specified in the Detailed Design documentation. The successful Tenderer is obliged to carry out the installation of the LED lighting fixtures in accordance with the Detailed Design drawings, which form part of the procurement documentation. The successful tenderer's tasks also include the preparation of as-built documentation and waste management (removal and disposal of packaging materials and dismantled luminaires). The Contracting Authority cannot provide an assembly area. The Contracting Authority does not require the dismantled luminaires; these must be removed by the successful Tenderer, who must ensure waste management in accordance with the applicable legal regulations. The successful Tenderer is obliged to employ FVM and FAM fitters during the contract performance.
