TENDER DESCRIPTION

Waterschap Vallei en Veluwe invites market parties to cooperate within the framework agreement for emptying and cleaning sludge digestion tanks. We are looking for partners who not only have the required expertise and experience in safely emptying, cleaning and/or preparing sludge digestion tanks, but also want to invest in a sustainable, open and reliable cooperation, without an integral execution obligation. The activities include, among other things, emptying sludge digestion tanks, removing and disposing of sludge (residues), cleaning the tanks and associated installation parts, as well as carrying out additional activities necessary to safely inspect, maintain or recommission the tanks. There is no maximum number of framework contractors within the framework agreement; every Tenderer who meets the suitability requirements (see Chapter 4) is eligible for admission. Based on historical expenditures, the scope of the contract for emptying and cleaning sludge digestion tanks is estimated at approximately €300,000 (excluding VAT) per year.
