TENDER DESCRIPTION
Waterschap Vallei en Veluwe invites market parties to cooperate within the framework agreement for emptying and cleaning sludge digestion tanks. We are looking for partners who not only have the necessary expertise and experience in safely emptying, cleaning and/or preparing sludge digestion tanks, but also want to invest in a sustainable, open and reliable cooperation, without an integral execution obligation. The activities include, among other things, emptying sludge digestion tanks, removing and disposing of sludge (residues), cleaning the tanks and associated installation parts, as well as performing additional activities necessary to safely inspect, maintain or put the tanks back into operation. There is no maximum number of framework contractors within the framework agreement; every bidder who meets the specified suitability requirements (see Chapter 4) is eligible for admission. Based on historical expenditures, the size of the contract for emptying and cleaning sludge digestion tanks is estimated at approximately €300,000 (excluding VAT) per year.
