TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of this public contract (hereinafter referred to as the “PC”) is the delivery of refrigerators for the General University Hospital in Prague (hereinafter referred to as “GUH”), in the design and quantity specified in Annex No. 8 (Calculation of the tender price/item price list and in Annex No. 3 Technical parameters). The subject of this public contract (hereinafter also referred to as the “PC”) is also defined by the binding contract drafts, which form Annex No. 2 to the tender specifications.
