TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipality has a large property portfolio, including buildings and plots of land (hereinafter referred to as real estate), which is used to achieve social objectives in areas including culture, well-being, sport and education: social objectives. The Utrecht Property Organisation (hereinafter: VGU) fulfills the role of owner on behalf of the municipality with regard to this real estate. As a result of, among other things, changes in occupancy, redevelopment, sale or a modified policy focus, municipal real estate may temporarily become vacant. The municipality therefore considers it important that the real estate is managed safely, also taking into account minimising the management costs. The municipality also considers it important that the real estate is used for social purposes unless that is not possible. €400,000 over 4 years.
