TENDER DESCRIPTION

Stichting Koraal Groep is carrying out a European public procurement procedure for the supply and services relating to learning materials for special primary education. The assignment includes supplying, distributing, managing, and – where possible – deploying the reuse of physical and digital learning materials, including associated licences. The contractor is also expected to provide support with the ordering process, logistics, reporting, and the optimisation of learning materials lists. The services must align with Koraal’s educational practice and are characterised by a strongly service-oriented nature, with continuity, ease of use for internal purchasers, and delivery reliability at the centre. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the best price-quality ratio (EMVI).
