TENDER DESCRIPTION

Stichting Koraal Groep intends to enter into one framework agreement for the delivery, distribution and support of physical and digital learning materials and the associated licences for its schools within special secondary education (voortgezet speciaal onderwijs). The contract includes, among other things, facilitating annual orders and repeat orders, delivery to multiple locations, providing a digital ordering portal, licence management, returns processing, user support, and the provision of management information. This concerns approximately 1,350 students. This number may fluctuate during the term of the framework agreement. The framework agreement will be concluded with one contractor for an initial period of two years, with the option of extending it twice, each time for one additional year. The intended start date is 1 January 2027. The contract is not divided into lots because of the content-related and operational interrelationship between the delivery, distribution and management of the learning materials.
