TENDER DESCRIPTION

The lot-wise procurement of two light police boats (1x RIB inflatable boat, Lot 1 and 1x bow flap boat, Lot 2) with outboard motor and transport trailer as well as service and customer support services for the duration of the warranty or guarantee, along with additional services according to the performance description (Annex 03.1 and 03.2), is intended. Furthermore, a framework agreement of 24 months from the award date will be concluded. The contractor undertakes to extend the service period by two times one additional year, up to a maximum of two further years, if required by the contracting authority, under the terms of this contract (2+1+1). This optional extension period is not mandatory for the contracting authority. The operational area of the boats primarily includes all waters within the jurisdiction of the Baden-Württemberg Water Police, especially the Rhine, Neckar, and Lake Constance. In the context of cross-state deployment situations, the boats should also be able to be used in the rest of the federal territory, including the coastal area.
