TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract concerns the structural deployment of individual leadership coaching, whereby one contractor provides a stable and high-quality team of senior coaches, carefully organizes the services, and ensures full confidentiality of coaching conversations. The target group at the outset consists of approximately 50 to 55 managers and supervisors. The Municipality expects that, for each participant, in principle no more than five (5) coaching conversations per programme year will be used. Based on 55 participants, this is indicative of a maximum of 275 conversations per year and a maximum of 825 conversations over the full possible contract duration of three years. The actual deployment depends on participation, individual needs, progress of the programmes, staff changes, and the annual programme scheduling.
