TENDER DESCRIPTION

Procurement of cleaning services for the Siikaniemi course centre. The Siikaniemi course centre includes the main building, the accommodation building and the lakeside sauna. The main building has 52 beds in 16 hotel-type rooms. Of the rooms, 12 are 3-bed rooms and 4 are 4-bed rooms. All rooms have their own shower/wc. The main building includes a function hall for 200 people and a dining hall for 110 people. In addition, the building has a multi-purpose room, a meeting room, a fireplace room, and a veterans’ cabinet sauna and swimming pool facilities. The accommodation building has 69 beds. Of the rooms, 4 are 2-bed rooms, 4 are 3-bed rooms and 11 are 4-bed rooms, and 1 is a 5-bed room. All rooms have their own shower and wc facilities. In addition, the building has a meeting hall for 60 people and a lounge for 30 people, a group work room for 10 people, a classroom for 30 people and a chapel area for 30 people. The accommodation building also has one sauna facility. The lakeside sauna has saunas for 10 and 15 people and a meeting/fireplace room for 40 people, as well as a small kitchen.
