TENDER DESCRIPTION

The basis for the planned measures is formed from the following specifications: 1. Development Plan 1-14 for the redesign of the entire area from 2015; 2. Development Plan 1-14-1 as a supplement or punctual amendment to Development Plan 1-14 – this is expected to come into force in summer 2026; 3. Framework plan for the Molkenmarkt Charter with development guidelines in the form of block and building profiles (results from a multi-stage urban and open space planning qualification process from 2020); 4. Results from the execution competition for architects for Block B1 – divided into three lots (jury decision November 2025; the selection of the respective object planner for the three lots will probably take place by subsequent VgV procedures in the 4th quarter of 2026); 5. Results from the execution competition for architects for Blocks B2 and A1 – divided into three lots (jury decision June 2026; the selection of the respective object planner for the four lots will probably take place by subsequent VgV procedures in the 1st quarter of 2027); 6.
