TENDER DESCRIPTION

The basis for the planned measures is formed by the following requirements: 1. Development plan 1-14 for the redesign of the entire site from 2015; 2. Development plan 1-14-1 for the addition and/or targeted amendment of development plan 1-14 — this is expected to achieve legal effectiveness in summer 2026; 3. Framework plan for the “Charta Molkenmarkt” with the development guidelines in the form of block and building fact sheets (results from a multi-stage urban planning and open-space planning qualification procedure from 2020); 4. Results from the realization competition for architects for block B1 — divided into three lots (competition panel November 2025; the selection of the respective object planner for the three lots will be carried out by the subsequent procedures under VgV, most likely in Q4 2026); 5. Results from the realization competition for architects for block B2 and A1 — divided into three lots (competition panel June 2026; the selection of the respective object planner for the four lots will be carried out by the subsequent VgV procedures, most likely in Q1 2027); 6.
