TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority intends to restructure the Pfarrer-Kneipp Primary and Secondary School in Bad Wörishofen. As part of the restructuring, in particular the "Alte Turnhalle" (old gymnasium) is to be demolished and a new building is to be erected in its place. The restructuring will be carried out in 2 construction phases: construction phase 1 (hereinafter also referred to as "BA 1") and construction phase 2 (hereinafter also referred to as "BA 2"). The construction project is to be implemented using funding in accordance with Article 10 BayFAG. The subject of this procurement procedure is the purchase of services for outdoor facilities (site planning) object planning in accordance with §§ 38 ff. of the Ordinance on Fees for Architects and Engineers (Fees Schedule for Architects and Engineers - HOAI) (hereinafter only "HOAI") for the performance phases (LPH) 3 to 9 of construction phase 1 and performance phase 3 of construction phase 2 for the project "Replacement new building and restructuring of the Pfarrer-Kneipp Primary and Secondary School in Bad Wörishofen".
