TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority intends to restructure the Pfarrer-Kneipp Primary and Secondary School in Bad Wörishofen. As part of the restructuring, in particular the "Old Gym" is to be demolished and, in its place, a new building is to be constructed. The restructuring will be carried out in 2 construction phases, construction phase 1 (hereinafter also referred to as "BA 1") and construction phase 2 (hereinafter also referred to as "BA 2"). The construction project is to be implemented using funding in accordance with Article 10 BayFAG. The subject of this procurement procedure is the procurement of services of outdoor facilities (freianlagen) design in accordance with §§ 38 et seq. of the Regulation on Fees for Architects and Engineers (Fees Schedule for Architects and Engineers - HOAI) (hereinafter only "HOAI") for the service phases (LPH) 1 to 9 of construction phase 1 and service phase 1 to 3 of construction phase 2 for the project "Replacement new-build and restructuring of the Pfarrer-Kneipp Primary and Secondary School in Bad Wörishofen".
