The contract comes into effect on the date it is signed by the second party. Its validity extends until all obligations are fully met, with a maximum duration of 400 days from the contract's effective date.

A key milestone involves the delivery of all goods to the specified location no later than 270 calendar days from the contract's effective date, though not before March 1, 2027. The delivery period can be extended up to three times, with each extension not exceeding 30 calendar days. The total delivery period, including any extensions, must not exceed 360 calendar days.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the supplier delivering either two (2) plug-in hybrid passenger cars or one (1) minivan to the Buyer, as specified in the contract. The detailed description and requirements for these goods are outlined in Annex No. "Technical Specification" and Annex No. "Offer" of the contract.

Key deliverables accompanying the goods include:

• Transfer-acceptance acts.
• All operating (usage) manuals and/or instructions.
• Warranty maintenance and service booklets.
• Warranty conditions.
• Manufacturer's technical documents or other equivalent proofs, such as a car conformity certificate.
• Any other documents necessary for the operation of the Hybrid car or minivan.

The delivery of all goods to the location specified in the Technical Specification must occur no later than 270 calendar days from the effective date of the Contract, but not before March 1, 2027. The specific delivery time needs to be coordinated in advance with the Buyer's designated representative.
