TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is new construction of the base of the helicopter unit of the Rescue Medical Service of the Karlovy Vary Region (hereinafter referred to as “ZZS KK”) near Karlovy Vary International Airport, outside the reserved security area. The base will consist of operational-technical facilities in the form of an operations building with a hangar for two helicopters and a parking bay for three intervention vehicles, administrative facilities, paved operational, airfield-operational and transport-service areas, a separate building for technical and technological facilities with a shelter for a diesel generator set, heat pump units and a waste storage facility. To ensure electrical power, a new substation will be built, including connection to the existing local MV grid near the site. The scope of the public contract includes construction of a heliport (FATO area and two TLOF areas), an access from the public road with an approach road for the Fire Rescue Service (HZS) from the nearby Karlovy Vary Airport, roads to the base, site utility connections for technical infrastructure networks and their connection to the existing lines.
