TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the new construction of a base for the helicopter unit of the Karlovy Vary Region Emergency Medical Service (hereinafter referred to as “EMSS KV”), near Karlovy Vary International Airport, outside the designated security area. The base will consist of operational and technical facilities in the form of an operational building with a hangar for two helicopters and a garage parking space for three response vehicles, administrative facilities, paved operational, air-operations and access roads and areas, a separate building for technical and technological facilities with a shelter for a diesel generator set, heat pump units, and a waste storage facility. To provide electrical power, a new substation will be built, including connection to the existing local MV network near the site. As part of the performance of this public contract, a heliport will be built (FATO area and two TLOF areas), an access from the public road providing an access road for the Fire and Rescue Service (HZS) from the nearby Karlovy Vary Airport, roads to the base, site utility connections for technical infrastructure and their connection to the existing lines.
