TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is summer and winter maintenance of cleanliness and conservation of greenery in municipal areas outside the road right-of-way as well as in housing estate green areas for a period of 12 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, divided into parts with the possibility of applying an option. Part 1: Centrum, Śródmieście Północ, Śródmieście Zachód 2. The scope of the parts covered by the contract in each part for the basic scope and the optional scope constitutes fulfilment of obligations related to maintaining cleanliness and order in areas outside the road right-of-way within the administrative boundaries of the city of Bytom, imposed on the Contracting Authority pursuant to Article 5(5) of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 399, as amended).
