TENDER DESCRIPTION

To optimize the operations of home care by Zorgpunt Waasland (ZPW), a public procurement procedure is issued for the purchase and implementation of software that must better streamline the processes for our home care services. The home care services are: family care and home cleaning service, handyman service, day care, short-stay care, and residential care: groups of assisted living apartments, apartments for seniors, and residential care homes. The focus is initially on the processes within home care, but it is optional and, in the long term, ideally extendable to residential care. ZPW currently already works according to uniform processes, but the software is outdated, not efficient and too dependent on human actions. To optimize as much as possible, the organization wishes to procure a more user-friendly software package. The new software must be intuitive and easy to manage, must have a number of content-related requirements, and must have minimal integrations so that duplicate registration can be avoided as much as possible.
