The municipality of Kerkrade (hereinafter referred to as: “Contracting Authority”) wishes to arrange the replacement of the aluminium facade window frames for Het Martin Buber with a single executing party (hereinafter referred to as: “Contractor”) by means of a European public procurement procedure. The facade window frames item includes the complete supply, installation, alignment, finishing and handover in a ready-for-operation condition of all aluminium facade window frames, windows and doors, including all associated facilities, materials and works that are necessary for a proper, complete and durable execution.
