TENDER DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a supplier that, by means of a framework agreement, can deliver various wood products to us. Wood products include, for example, fir battens, larch boards and plywood sheets, chipboard, garden timber, etc. These products are used by us to make various finished products for our customers. The price schedule (Appendix 4) describes the range of wood products to be supplied. These materials must be supplied on call and as needed to our location in Dokkum, Hogedijken 40. The Agreement has an initial term of two years. After that, we have the option to extend the Agreement, under the same conditions, a maximum of two times for a period of 12 months each. The Agreement has a total estimated value of € 1,000,000 exclusive of VAT, calculated over the entire term including the maximum possible number of extensions. This estimate serves as an indication of the scale and no rights may be derived from it.
