TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract concerns at least weekly delivery and, if possible, two or more times per week per location, of assorted food and frozen food, with possible rapid replenishments in the event of stock shortages, and this to all MKL locations. This contract concerns the delivery of the following product groups to the facilities of MKL vzw: cheese, dairy, general food, frozen food, sweets for vending machines. The tendering party must be able to supply all of the above product groups. Some product groups will only be purchased to a limited extent. For these product groups, MKL vzw has in fact concluded specific framework agreements. For these products, this framework agreement will function as a back-up solution. The term of this framework agreement is set at a period of four years and may be extended twice, tacitly, by one year. The contract starts on 1 January 2027. Each year, MKL vzw spends approximately €700,000 excluding VAT on these products.
