TENDER DESCRIPTION

Explanation: The delivery to home of freshly prepared hot meals, both regular and diet meals, consisting of soup, main course and dessert, intended for residents of Oud-Turnhout. The distribution of hot meals takes place every working day. For weekends and public holidays, there must be the possibility to order a cold meal or a meal that is heated up. This meal must be delivered the day before or on the same day. The meals must comply with the provisions set by the contracting authority. The delivery must be made at the clients’ homes, with personnel and logistical support from the supplier. Invoicing is carried out directly by the supplier to the individual users. The local service centre Eigenaard brings the clients to the supplier, as well as the (social) rate that is applied.
