TENDER DESCRIPTION

This procurement concerns the supply and installation of consumption meters (heat, water, electricity and energy meters), collection, data exchange via API and validation of consumption data, preparation of consumption accounts, and handling of consumption complaints for Boligselskabet Sjælland. The contract awarded covers the units and dwellings in the following areas of the Contracting Authority’s organisation: Roskilde, Viby, Ølstykke, Borup, Køge, Ringsted, Glumsø, Vordingborg, Solrød, Tølløse and Holbæk. The contract also covers the units for the housing company BoliGrøn and Hvalsø Boligselskab, which the Contracting Authority administers. The composition of the housing units and the number of lettings in those units may change during the contract period, e.g. in connection with new construction, closure of dwellings and units, etc. The supplier must accept such changes. The contract being tendered has a duration of 8 years with an option to extend for 1 x 1 year on unchanged terms.
