TENDER DESCRIPTION

Billund Municipality hereby offers a contract for the delivery of gravel materials to Billund Municipality. The tendered contract covers the delivery of six different types of unbound gravel materials: Road gravel grain size 0 – 16 mm. St. gravel II grain size 0 – 32 mm. Edge gravel grain size 0 – 22 mm. Crushed gray granite chippings 0 – 16 mm. Stone dust for paths, crushed dust grain size 0 - 2 mm. Washed sand 0 - 4 mm. Deliveries under the contract are exclusively to Billund Municipality's depots or storage yards where there are good access and unloading conditions. Depots may be established, moved, or removed during the contract period. Should this happen, any new locations are automatically covered by the contract. All materials shall as a rule be delivered to the address Tårnvej 30, 7200 Grindsted. Billund Municipality does not commit to purchasing a specific quantity, as the scope depends on the needs existing at any given time and financial appropriations. A contract will be entered into with one supplier. The contract period is from 1 January 2027 until 31 December 2030 inclusive.
