TENDER DESCRIPTION

The tender concerns the provision of sludge suction, flushing and operation of pumping stations, as well as an option for a smaller quantity of TV inspection of manholes and pipelines. The tasks may be both planned tasks, tasks ordered ad hoc, or urgent tasks. The tasks must be able to be carried out throughout the Contracting Authority’s supply area. For a more detailed description of the services covered by the tender, including the requirements that the services must meet, reference is made to Appendix 2 – Requirements Specification and Appendix 3 – Tender List, as well as any amendments in connection with questions and answers (appendix 1). An active contract and a dormant contract are entered into, as the Contracting Authority has a responsibility in relation to supply security in Denmark. Should a situation arise in which the supplier that has the active contract cannot deliver and has a delivery stop, e.g. due to corporate-law challenges, a conflict between the Contracting Authority and the Supplier, termination of the agreement, etc., the Contracting Authority will then have the option to bring the dormant contract into effect, after which the dormant contract becomes…
