TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract includes the delivery of audiovisual (AV) hardware and associated accessories for hybrid meeting rooms within the Judiciary. This includes, among other things, video conferencing equipment, video bars, cameras, microphones, loudspeakers, control panels, fixing materials, connecting cables and other AV-related products. The delivery focuses on existing products from the standardised product catalogue (Installed Base), as well as replacement and additional products required for setting up, expanding and renewing hybrid meeting rooms. Installation, technical management and fault handling are excluded from the contract and are carried out by IVO Rechtspraak itself. For a more detailed description of the contract, the requirements and the conditions, reference is made to the Descriptive Document and the related annexes. Based on the current insights, IVO Rechtspraak expects that the annual volume under the Framework Agreement may average between € 500,000 and € 1,000,000 exclusive of VAT.
