The subject of this procurement includes, among other things, the delivery of so-called End User Devices, including related accessories, services and warranty. No purchase obligation can be derived from this procurement. The Municipality has no purchase obligation and provides no turnover guarantee. However, the Municipality caps the total scope of this Framework Agreement (initial term including extension options) at € 5,000,000 excluding VAT.
