TENDER DESCRIPTION

Odisee vzw wishes to purchase a digital portfolio system to support the development, monitoring and assessment of student-focused and professional competencies of students. The system will be used within curricula, internships and workplace learning in both bachelor’s and associate degree programs for an estimated 3,500 students. The student’s portfolio may take the form of a development portfolio (focus on making the learning process transparent through reflection, various assessment moments and feedback), a showcase portfolio (focus on collecting the most relevant evidence items to demonstrate that the predefined competencies have been acquired) or a combination of both, which also remains available to the student after the completion of the program. The portfolio system must provide various functionalities for students, supervisors from the university college (hogeschool), external parties in the workplace and administrators.
