TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract concerns the replacement of the existing CEM installation (continuous emissions monitoring) for the incineration installation of the CILVA installation. The new installation must, among other things, provide for the continuous measurement of O₂, dust, CO, HCl, TOC, SO₂, NOx, HF and Hg, supplemented with the relevant reference parameters (flow rate, temperature, pressure and moisture). The installation and the associated quality assurance must comply with the applicable regulations, including EN 14181, and also include the necessary calibrations, inspections and maintenance.
