L’execució de les obres d’enderroc total dels edificis d’habitatges situats al carrer Sant Josep, 11 i al carrer del Castell de la Trinitat, 52-54 del nucli urbà de Roses, els quals es troben actualment en desús i desocupats per les seves condicions precàries d’estat de conservació. Les obres consisteixen en l’enderroc total dels dos edificis, deixant les mitgeres que quedin vistes protegides amb un revestiment d’escuma de poliuretà projectat i una base de formigó per a facilitar el manteniment i neteja del solar resultant.

Carrying out the complete demolition works of the housing buildings located at Carrer de Sant Josep, 11 and Carrer del Castell de la Trinitat, 52-54 in the urban centre of Roses, which are currently unused and unoccupied due to their precarious conditions of conservation. The works consist of the complete demolition of the two buildings, leaving the party walls (mitgeres) that remain exposed protected with an applied spray polyurethane foam coating and a concrete base in order to facilitate maintenance and cleaning of the resulting plot of land.
