TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the renewal of licences and support for systems arising from the work under the contract for work No 13/2022 (ID 6544777 at https://www.crz.gov.sk/zmluva/6544777/) as part of the project to increase the level of information and cybersecurity of the ÚJD SR. The specification of the subject matter of the contract is stated in Section B.1 of the tender documents and in the contractual conditions, which are located in Section B.2 of the tender documents. The subject of the contract comprises new, so far unused software components, and their support must be provided directly by the software components manufacturer for a period of at least one year. The items forming the subject of the contract must be intended for use in the Slovak Republic and delivered through an authorised distribution channel. The subject of the contract is not divided into parts, as the project management principle is preserved.
