TENDER DESCRIPTION

Mullsjö Municipality intends to enter into a framework agreement with a Supplier who will act as the Ordering Party's license partner. The purpose of the framework agreement is to ensure a high-quality, efficient, and appropriate delivery of licenses, software, support, maintenance, and associated services. The license partner shall, among other things, be responsible for the mediation, delivery, and invoicing of licenses, subscriptions, software, and associated services, as well as assist the Ordering Party with information regarding license terms, prices, license models, support, maintenance, upgrade rights, and renewals. The Supplier is expected to have an advisory and proactive role towards the Ordering Party and shall be able to contribute expertise in both ongoing and more overarching matters related to licenses, software, subscriptions, cloud services, and associated agreements. The role also includes drawing the Ordering Party's attention to opportunities for cost and license optimization, consolidation, standardization, and other measures that can create added value.
