TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this contract is to provide the service of the comprehensive management of the services and supplies required for the setup and development of the Solidarity and Cooperation Days, which are held every year in the urban area of Les Roquetes. Its main objectives are the following: - To organize the services and supplies for the Days in a coordinated manner with the City Council. - To achieve suitable decoration, with activities, shows and diverse, high-quality entertainment. - To assess the Days annually and propose improvements and innovations for the following editions. - To adapt the service to real needs, with the optimisation and redistribution of the available resources.
