TENDER DESCRIPTION

Contracting for the performance of the maintenance and replacement of the municipal playground areas of Sant Pere de Ribes. Its main objectives are: - Keep the facilities in perfect operating condition and ensure they are properly maintained. - Carry out inspections of the play areas in accordance with the applicable current regulations. - Resolve incidents and breakdowns that may arise, with the minimum possible time. - Supply new playground items, replacing existing ones or to improve the quality of the playground areas. - Update and maintain the existing inventory and the technical documentation of the facilities. And for the purpose of ensuring the correct operation and replacement of the municipal playground areas in accordance with the contract’s subject matter, the following services will be included: - Service P1: preventive and corrective maintenance of the facilities. - Service P2: modified maintenance, new elements and adaptation to regulations.
