TENDER DESCRIPTION
This contract has as its purpose the execution of the works corresponding to Lot 1 of the basic and executive project for the interior fitting-out of changing rooms and the sports track in the municipal sports pavilion building of Sant Pere de Torelló. Specifically, it includes the actions related to the interior fitting-out of the changing rooms that serve the sports track and the swimming pool, the installation of an adapted lift to ensure accessibility from Sant Pere street, and the interior refurbishment of the sports track and the spectator stands. The actions corresponding to Lot 2 of the technical project, related to the provision of new changing rooms for the municipal gym, do not form part of the purpose of this contract and will be subject to an independent tendering procedure.
