TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of the contract is the construction of the project for the New Building for the Local Police and Civil Protection. All of the works are defined in the executive project for the Local Police Station and Civil Protection in Blanes, signed on 04 September 2025 by Ana Sierra Conde, acting on behalf of the UTE Ana Sierra Conde, Cristina Ciurans Piqueras and Joan Prat Aguilar, initially approved by the Plenary of the Blanes City Council in an ordinary session held on 25 September 2025, and definitively approved since no allegation was submitted during the public information period. The project includes both the construction of the building and the development and fencing/enclosure of the plot.
