Supply, implementation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of a LiDAR-based Sensor-Based Boarding Supervision (SBBS) for Boarding Gates in Terminal 1 of Frankfurt/Main Airport The subject of this procurement is the following services: FraAlliance GmbH intends, following a successful proof of concept at Gate Z22, to roll out sensor-based boarding supervision (SBBS) at the relevant boarding gates in Terminal 1 at Frankfurt/Main Airport. The subject matter is the planning, supply, implementation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of a LiDAR-based solution including sensor hardware, on-premises edge AI infrastructure, VPN gateway, cloud-based software platform as well as integration, support and maintenance services. In particular, the solution is intended to automatically detect and alarm in real time unauthorized double passages (tailgating) at Quick Boarding Gates, to capture passenger numbers for each boarding event, to monitor queues and occupancy in gate areas, to make the boarding and de-boarding flow visible, and to provide historical data including event lists and a replay function for analyses.
