TENDER DESCRIPTION
The LZN is responsible for the procurement of goods and services for the immediate Lower Saxony state administration (see § 2 of the LZN operating instructions). With the consent of its supervisory authority, the LZN can take on additional tasks for public-law procurers within and outside the Lower Saxony state administration as well as for private-law companies wholly owned by the public sector (see § 3 operating instructions). Within this scope of responsibility, the contract includes concluding a framework agreement with a company (§ 21 VgV) for the delivery of field service shirts and blouses forestry for the cooperation of the state forests.
