TENDER DESCRIPTION

The LZN is responsible for the procurement of goods and services for the immediate Lower Saxony state administration (cf. § 2 of the LZN operating instructions). With the consent of its supervisory authority, the LZN may assume further tasks for public law entities within and outside the Lower Saxony state administration as well as for private law companies wholly owned by the public sector (cf. § 3 operating instructions). Within this jurisdiction, the contract includes concluding a framework agreement with a company (§ 21 VgV) for the delivery of field service shirts and blouses Forestry for the cooperation of the state forests.
