A calcium nitrate solution is used to prevent the formation of hydrogen sulfide in the pressure pipeline sections of the pumping stations Großgründlach, Kleingründlach, Kalchreuth and Heroldsberg (approximately 250 t of tank-truck goods in individual deliveries of 23.5 t - 27 t, approximately 36 t of small-quantity IBC goods). Performance period: 01.01.2027-31.12.2027. As part of a public request to participate (public participation competition), companies are to be identified on the market that offer a 45% calcium nitrate solution with the quality criteria required for the dosing process. These quality requirements must be set because the existing dosing vessels and transshipment locations for the dosing medium calcium nitrate are suitable and the dosing parameters stored in the control system are designed for the active ingredient content of the dosing solution. Furthermore, the specified active ingredient content is largely stable with regard to the stability of the physical state within the storage and operating conditions.
