TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this invitation to tender is the delivery of an operational combined suction and flushing vehicle for the waste disposal and transport services of the Hansestadt Wismar. The fabrication of the chassis is tendered separately by the contracting authority. Coordination/scheduling arrangements with the chassis manufacturer, assembly (chassis and vehicle body) and delivery of the operational vehicle are part of this service. The delivery date of the suitable chassis to the body manufacturer is to be no later than 24.01.2028 (KW 5), but not before 17.01.2028 (KW 4). Detailed descriptions can be found in the specifications (Leistungsverzeichnis). The completed execution of the overall services (vehicle body + chassis) is to be carried out in the period KW 35 from 21.08.2028, or at the latest in KW 36, 31.08.2028. The technical acceptance of the completed vehicle takes place at the supplier’s works. The supplier (AN) will transport the vehicle to Wismar.
