TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender is the delivery of a ready-to-operate combined vacuum suction and jetting (suction and flushing) vehicle for the waste management and transport operator of the Hanseatic City of Wismar. The manufacture of the chassis is tendered separately by the contracting authority. Coordination/scheduling arrangements with the chassis manufacturer, assembly (chassis and vehicle superstructure) and delivery of the ready-to-operate vehicle are part of this service. The delivery date of the suitable chassis to the bodywork/superstructure manufacturer shall be no later than 24.01.2028 (calendar week 5), but not before 17.01.2028 (calendar week 4). Detailed descriptions can be found in the specifications (scope of services). The finished completion of the overall services (vehicle superstructure + chassis) shall be carried out in calendar week 35 starting from 21.08.2028, or at the latest in calendar week 36, on 31.08.2028. The technical acceptance of the completed vehicle takes place at the contractor’s (AN) works. The transfer of the vehicle to Wismar is carried out by the contractor (AN).
